At Takara Model Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
